Elizabeth is working on it. I took a look at it, and it does not show the trees which are designated as to be saved on the erosion control plan. Neither does it show the extra graded area adjacent to the basketball court. However, it appears as though these would be approvable changes, so please let them know in your notice -to- comply letter that their site plan amendment and their erosion control plan needed to be updated for the new area, and to remove the missing trees. At this time, I have no objection to the proposed change. But, the applicant should be informed that the new location of the biofilter is an area of the site that was delineated as a "Future Phase" on SP- 2006 - 00010. The new location of the biofilter may complicate the review of the future development in the area to some degree. The change is also not substantive with regard to the Stormwater Management on site. The footprint of the facility is the same size and all of the other approved characteristics of the facility remain as approved: section detail of the facility, planting plan, depth from the bed to the top of dam as 1.5ft, etc. The excess copies of the plan that I have will be distributed to the water resource inspectors. The bond amount does not need to be updated. Please let me know if you have any questions. Engineering review has no objection to the approval of the waiver. I will note at this time that this shoulder of the entrance road appears to have been intended for overflow parking in nearly every application. If the parking calculations from our zoning ordinance do not require these spaces, then it makes no difference. However, if they parking calculations consider parking on the shoulder, we should reconsider the application or they should at least have to construct the shoulder to meet the standard from detail A/14 of SDP - 2005 - 00071.
