Application for Letter of Revision
This proposal is for the following minor revisions to the approved final site and Landscape plans:
a. Shown on Site Plan - Install an accessible sidewalk between the parking area and the front porch.
This also involves shifting the van accessible parking and loading spaces within the existing
parking area.
b. Shown on Site Plan - Add designated area around existing construction material storage area
located at the north west corner of the existing 1 story metal outbuilding on the rear portion of the
property. Add new 25' long screen fence east of material storage area.
c. Shown on Site Plan — Install yard hydrant between building and parking area to facilitate watering
landscape plantings.
d. Shown on Landscape Plan — Move one tree G and 3 trees 1 down driveway to accommodate
location of approved sign.
e. Shown on Landscape Plan — Remove three existing trees, labeled M, A & F along southern fence
line, from the site plan and ARB requirements. Trees A & F have been cut for power line
trimming to a point where they are unsightly and could potentially uproot or dye. All three trees
are along a fence line that is proposed to be removed as part of the Crozet Storm Water Project
and could be damaged or removed beyond our control.
f. Shown on Landscape Plan — Remove existing shrubs in front of building from the site plan and
ARB requirements. The existing shrubs are not particularly well suited for the aesthetics of this
area and we would like to have the flexibility to improve the landscaping and make changes as
needed in this area. Landscaping in this area is not a part of the required elements of the
applicable zoning.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
I
