THE OWNER WILL PERMIT THE CONTRACTOR ONE (1) ACCESS LOCATION. THIS ACCESS LOCATION SHALL BE USED FOR ALL CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIAL DELIVERY INGRESS AND EGRESS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP THE ACCESS GATE LOCKED OR GUARDED AT ALL TIMES. 8.
