[18 -4.2] A construction and grading easement is necessary from TMP 60 -26A. Proposed grading affects a grate inlet on TMP 60 -26A please revise to move proposed berm off of inlet. Yard drains need to be relocated to capture roof run -off and direct it to detention facility. We'd like to get this wrapped up & address all comments together if possible. I think it is actually SDP - 2009 -15. Thanks. Note on the cover sheet calls for Junipers, while the planting schedule calls for Eastern Red Cedar. 2. We don't need the signature panel on the cover sheet. I don't think Engineering has done the review for the grading portion of the submission. They will have comments 4/22/2009 Page 2 of 2 regarding that.
