Kirsten, here are the comments we discussed this afternoon:
The proposed grading on the amended site plan cannot exceed a slope of 2:1. [18 -4.2]
A construction and grading easement is necessary from TMP 60 -26A.
Proposed grading affects a grate inlet on TMP 60 -26A please revise to move proposed berm off of inlet.
Yard drains need to be relocated to capture roof run -off and direct it to detention facility.
Please contact me if you have any questions. -Amy

Amy,
Do you know what the status is of Engineering's review of this site plan amendment? We'd like to get this
wrapped up & address all comments together if possible. I think it is actually SDP - 2009 -15.
Thanks.
Kirsten

Hi Kirsten -
Two things for this project:
1. Note on the cover sheet calls for Junipers, while the planting schedule calls for Eastern Red Cedar.
2. We don't need the signature panel on the cover sheet.
I don't think Engineering has done the review for the grading portion of the submission. They will have comments

regarding that.
