(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) 1. Add the approved site plan sheet to the set. Both site plan set sheets submitted seem to be the same as built plans, with the exception that one of the sheets has the areas bubbled and noted for changes. You can replace the other as built with the approved site plan. 2. On sheet C1.02 the east retaining wall is difficult to see /read. Please make the line(s) darker like the retaining wall on the southwest portion of the site. 3. Add back the gravel paving detail. Even though the upper portion of the parking lot is now paved, the lower portion is still gravel. therefore this detail needs to be back on the sheet. Label the parking areas accordingly to match the title of the details. 4. The inspector, Lisa Green, believed that the southwest retaining wall was on the adjacent property. The plan shows it on the church property. Since you are sealing these plans, we will go with your survey showing this wall on the church property. if this is not the case however, an agreement must be submitted to ensure the approval of the adjacent owner that the wall is allowed on the property, as well as who is to maintain this wall. 5. After a visit to the site, comparing the plans to onsite conditions, it appears that the drives to the lower parking lot are not shown in the proper place compared to where the gravestone (which is shown on the plan) is located. Is the gravestone accurately shown on the plan? If the gravestones are not accurately surveyed. please remove them from the plan. 6. In the back of the church, adjacent to the parking and handicap ramp there appears to be a sidewalk. If this is the case, label as such. 7. The location of the new stormwater pipe (Change 142) is now close to the front sidewalk, and inspections believes this to be a safety hazard. Lisa Green will be requiring some sort of barrier to insure pedestrians do not fall. Contact Lisa directly at extension 3013 to address this issue. Please contact Megan Yaniglos at the Department of Community Development 296 -5832 ext. 3004 for further information. Ov.
