The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302(A)(2)] Label existing streets, Indigo Road and Hill Top Street, as public streets and provide
width.
2. [14-302(B)(7)] Revise notes to also state the property is within a water supply watershed.
[14-317] Provide a deed and maintenance agreement for the access easement for review by the
County Attorney. Please note that a maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facility
will be required prior to approval of WPO.
