[14-302(B)(7)] Revise notes to also state the property is within a water supply watershed. [14-317] Provide a deed and maintenance agreement for the access easement for review by the County Attorney. Please note that a maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facility will be required prior to approval of WPO.
