The letter of revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 2-29-16: 1. All mechanical equipment visible from the Entrance Corridor to be screened. There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. This is the first (15') Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Per requirements issued by the Architectural Review Board, all mechanical equipment visible from the Entrance Corridor must be screened. To accomplish this requirement, additional compact hollies are included on the updated Landscape Plan. No other changes are proposed with this Letter of Revision.
