This is phase I of the overall development approved by Albemarle County on March 13, 2007 (SDP 2006 -131). Applications for Final Site Plan approval for subsequent phases of the development, as shown on SDP 2006 -131, will be submitted at later dates in accordance with Section 15.2 -2260 of Commonwealth of Virginia code.
