Subject: SUB 201600070 Riverside Block 5 — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning classification. Add ZMA201200002 and ZMA201500003 to the Zoning note.
2. [14-302(B)(6)] Tax map and parcel number. The Block 4 Common Open Space being revised is TMP 78G -
A; please add this TMP reference to the plat. GIS does not graphically include this area in the parcel, but
the Final Plat for Riverside Village groups all of the Common Open Space together and the acreage listed in
GIS for TMP 78G -A includes Trailside Court.
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(8) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a
revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the
application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
