Three minor revisions were made to the approved Final Plan during the completion of construction.
The county inspector requested that the site plan be revised to reflect the revisions and submitted for a
Minor Plan Amendment.
1 At the rear (east) of the Retail Shops, the Final Plan indicates 6 parking spaces adjacent to
the building. In order to coordinate with the required locations of rear egress doors and to
provide protection to the electric meter center mandated by Dominion, 2 parking spaces have
been deleted, and the configuration of the remaining spaces has been revised. The parking
ratio calculation has been updated. 1 he parking ratio for the development meets county
requirements.
2.On the Final Plan a painted path leads from the entrance to Walgreens (northwest corner) to
the public sidewalk along Seminole 29N, providing an accessible route to the building. In order
to maintain deueptable slopes aluny the pall], llle IuUaliUl1 was shifted to the 11011.1i, and the
sidewalk connection was lengthened.
3.On the Final Plan a painted path leads from the end of the building sidewalk
southwest corner) to the Retail Shops, providing an accessible route between the two
buildings. In order to maintain acceptable slopes along the path, the route was lengthened
and extended toward the west.
