The county inspector requested that the site plan be revised to reflect the revisions and submitted for a Minor Plan Amendment. 1 At the rear (east) of the Retail Shops, the Final Plan indicates 6 parking spaces adjacent to the building. In order to coordinate with the required locations of rear egress doors and to provide protection to the electric meter center mandated by Dominion, 2 parking spaces have been deleted, and the configuration of the remaining spaces has been revised. The parking ratio calculation has been updated. 1 he parking ratio for the development meets county requirements. 2.On the Final Plan a painted path leads from the entrance to Walgreens (northwest corner) to the public sidewalk along Seminole 29N, providing an accessible route to the building.
