Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4.3.1 and obtained tentative approvals
for all applicable conditions from the appropriate agencies.

Intended use or justification for request:
1. Removed the retaining wall from the northwest corner because once we
received the correct topo in this area it was discovered that a wall was not
needed.
2. Moved loading area because of use in Outparcel "D ".
3. Details of guardrails have changed based on budget.
4. Changed the vehicle connect between Blue Ridge Builders Supply and the
new shopping center to allow for easier truck access to the loading dock
area.
5. The manufacturer of the parking lot lights changed to L.S.I. Interiors
because of budget considerations.
6. The dumpster enclosure on the west side of the property was increased in
size to contain two dumpsters.
