The Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will approve the plan referred to above when the following items have
been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.] Comments still needing attention are listed in bold and
italics.
1. Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide all required information for adjacent parcels,
including those across public streets.
2. Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please correct note referring to building height maximum
allowable by zoning district. For Commercial districts, the maximum building
height without altering setbacks is thirty -five (35) feet.
3. Sec. 18- 32.5.6(a)] Please provide boundary line measurements for parcel.
4. Sec. 18- 32.5.6(b)] Please provide maximum height of building.
5. Sec. 18- 32.5.6(p), Sec. 18- 32.7.9] Landscaping shown on plan sheets must
comply with required landscaping of approved site plan SDP1997 -128 Earl
Burton Office Final Site Plan, Signed October 23, 1997. Proposed landscaping
does not match that approved on SDP1997 -128. Landscaping within the
buffer adjacent to residential property must achieve a double staggered
row of screening trees, planted fifteen (15) feet on center.
NOTE** Receipt of Certificate of Appropriateness from Architectural Review
Board is required prior to Current Development final approval of this application.
Any changes made to this plan in order to secure ARB approval must be reviewed
by Current Development prior to final approval of this application.
