The building addition has been modified at the front !eft corner to allow space fora sidewalk to pass between the building comer and the property line. A 24 ft section of the building addition has been extended 2 ft toward the property line at the back portion of the building Two overhead doors have been added to the 24 ft extended section on the South East Elevation Drawing C-4 1 The building addition shape has been revised to reflect the modifications made on A1.0. 2. The sidewalk in front of the existing building has been extended across the front of the addition and wraps the comer to provide access to the side of the building. 3 One additional parking space has been added on the north side of the parking lot. 4. Change square footage note from 980 sf to 1,018 sf. Drawing C -5. The street trees have been changed from Zelkova serrata `Green Vase' to Willow Oaks. This has given the owner a tree which branches out at a higher level which helps to avoid obscuring his sign, while it has a wider canopy than the Zelkova which will provide better shade to the parking lot. Shrubs at the front and side of the addition have been rearranged to accommodate the sidewalk, but the quantity has not changed. One flowering cherry tree has been relocated from the area where the sidewalk has been added to the northwest corner of the site.
