Dear Mr. Lancaster,
This letter is in response to your request for the revised phase line between Phases lA and 1B noted with
your letter dated December 15, 2008 and the revised plan noted as Attachment A. Due to the simplicity of
the change that will occur as aresult of your request, we are reviewing it as a "Letter of Revision" to the
latest approved final site plan for Pavilions at Pantops Phase 1; SDP - 2006 -00043 on Tax Map 78 Parcel 12.
A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all subsequent changes to the plan are required to
be submitted in the form of a minor site plan amendment. At this time there will be a total of one (1) Letter
of Revision remaining for this site plan, Pavilions at Pantops Phase I Final Site Plan SDP- 2006 - 00043.

Dear Francis:
This letter is to request a Letter of Revision for the above referenced approved
site plan (see Attachment A) to make the following changes:
A. Relocate lots 33 — 46 from Phase 1 B to Phase 1 A (see Attachment A).
B. Relocate five trees from Phase 1 B to Phase 1 A as shown on the updated
landscape table (see Attachment A).
