Dear Dr. Straka:
This letter is to inform you that we are unable to approve the final zoning inspection for building
permit 8200701742AC at this time. The minor site plan amendment SDP200800077 that was
approved on May 29, 2008 only addressed the restriping of the parking area and the relocation
of the handicapped parking area directly in front of the building. That change was just one of
many changes made to the site at the time of construction and the remaining changes have not
been shown on a site plan approved by the county. This is technically a zoning violation, We
would like to work with you towards voluntary compliance.
You must submit a more comprehensive site plan amendment that covers all of the changes
made to the site to include, but not be limited to: the addition of any sidewalks, retaining walls,
concrete areas, external stairways, canopies, etc. We suggest that this plan be an accurate as-
built site plan, The other option is to return the site conditions to match the approved site plan
8DP1996 -82. We recognize that this latter option may not be practical.
Your temporary certificate of occupancy will expire on July 3, 2008. We are willing to extend the
temporary occupancy expiration deadline until August 2008 as a good faith effort to get this
issue resolved. It will be necessary for the as -built site plan amendment to be submitted as
soon as possible, no later than July 28 in order for this deadline to be met. Please respond no
later than July 14 "' to confirm that you intend to work with us towards voluntary compliance.
