Intended use or justificatic,,or request:
This site plan amendment, which includes an updated Parking Demand Study and site plan, is being submitted to account for the
future build -out and occupancy of a 4' floor on the east inpatient bed wing. This floor is currently proposed to be built as shelled
space only. Martha Jefferson Hospital is proposing that when the shelled space is built -out and the extra parking demand is required
that additional parking be accommodated in either the proposed 54 -stall lot at State Farm Blvd, or in another way (for example,
submittal of a parking structure design for county review as indicated in the approved hospital campus master plan.)

This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final
Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
