This floor is currently proposed to be built as shelled space only. Martha Jefferson Hospital is proposing that when the shelled space is built -out and the extra parking demand is required that additional parking be accommodated in either the proposed 54 -stall lot at State Farm Blvd, or in another way (for example, submittal of a parking structure design for county review as indicated in the approved hospital campus master plan.)
