Subject: Engineering Review of Hollymead Block C9
Good Afternoon,
I have reviewed the tentative final site plan and the WPO sheets for the Northwest portion of Hollymead Block C -9
preliminary application SDP - 2008 - 00146). Engineering review has no comments regarding the final site plan and
we recommend approval. Engineering review has also determined that the previously approved ESC and SWM
plans (WPO- 2005 - 00081) for this area are sufficient and the WPO application (WPO- 2009 - 00003) made with this
submittal is not necessary. For a refund of the WPO review fees, please contact Ana Kilmer (296 -5832 x3277).
Please submit a final site plan application and fee so that an application number can be assigned and the final
site plan reviews tracked. (link to application)
