Intended use or iustificati `or - west:
This minor site plan amen -ement is to adjust the original site plan for some
minor changes made in the construction and to bring the site plan for Peter
Jefferson Place VII into compliance with the LEEDS requirements for parking count.
The changes from the original site plan are as follows:
1.As previously approved by the Engineering Department, the revised plan reflects
use of Contech Stormwater filters for the parking lot runoff rather than the
Filterra filters originally specified.
2.In order to meet the LEED requirement that no more than the County minimum
number of parking spaces be provided, the PJP VII parking count has b redu
to 280 from 283 by designating one parking space for a bicycle rack (a LEED
requirement) and 2 spaces for motorcycle parking. Also 3 parking spaces in
PJP VI have been designated as motorcycle parking reducing its parking count
to 282. As a number of tenants use motorcycles and their stands can damage
the asphalt in hot weather, there is a definite need for separate motorcycle
parking.
3.Concrete walkways built in the landscape islands in front of the buildings
are now shown on the plan.
4.The design of the rear patio at PJP VI was "flipped" through 180 to better
fit the contours of the land there. The location of the asphalt path behind
PJP VI and VII has also been adjusted to reflect its actual position.
5.A revised landscaping plan has been included to reflect the actual plantings
made. There is no change in the required trees but some additional discretiona
trees have been added and some tree types were changed

This site plan as submitted contains all of the information required by Section 32.5 (Preliminary Plan) or Section 32.6 (Final
Plan) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. I understand that plans which lack information required by said sections
shall be deemed incomplete and shall be denied by the agent within ten (10) days of submittal as provided in Section 32.4.2.1
or Section 32.4.3.3 as the case may be.
For Final Plans Only: To the best of my knowledge, I have complied with Section 32.4.3.1 and obtained tentative approvals
for all applicable conditions from the appropriate agencies.
