Our Charlottesville location will have 5 or less employees. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4,14,1. Our major sources of noise are loading and unloading delivery trucks. Vibration: The only equipment operated in our warehouse are forklifts, and these should not produce any vibration. Glare: Our operation will not have any lighting that will produce glare that is visible beyond our lot lines. Air Pollution: There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be generated by this operation. Our operation does not represent a hazard to water quality. Radioactivity: Our operation does not include any handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions. Electrical Interference: Our operation does not require any equipment that would generate electrical disturbances.
