[14-303(D)] County real-estate records indicate that TMP 19-44 is 6 acres and TMP 19-44B is 2 acres. It appears that note #4 has existing acreages reversed for the properties in question. If appropriate revise note #4 to accurately reflect their true acreages prior to the BLA. 2. [14-302(B)(1)] General information. Provide the date of the last revision. Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
