McGowan— BLA Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Per our phone conversation please revise the developments rights note as follows: "Tax Map 58 Parcel 64M is retaining three development rights and may be further divided. Tax Map 58 Parcel 64M2 is retaining two development rights and may be further divided. " Also, it is suggested that the hatching be removed from the plat as it does not pertain to the development rights associated with these parcels and is not required by the County. 2. [4.2, 14-302(12)] Topography. Either remove the note which reads "critical slope area " or depict and label all critical slope area on this parcel. 3. [14-302(B)(1)] General information. Provide the date of the last revision. Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
