Profile of bioretention facility –Note: floor elevation of bioretention facility must be at least 1’ lower than sediment trap floor elevation. b. Design, construction, and maintenance details from BMP Clearinghouse website, VA DEQ Stormwater Design Specification No. 9. c. Bioretention facility type: Level 1 or Level 2. d. Virginia Runoff Reduction Spreadsheet for New Development (VaRRM .xls) –Ref. 9VAC25-870-65, Water Quality compliance. e. Design that shows compliance with 9VAC25-870-66, Water Quantity. 4. Provide SWM Facility Access. C2 indicates Ex. Emergency Access may serve dual function if SWM Access Easement is provided. 5.
