Dear Mr. Umberger,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the changes described in your letter dated March
30, 2016 (attached), and shown on the attached plan.
This is your 2nd Letter of Revision for this site. Please note that a total of three Letters of
Revision are allowed before all changes to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form
of a new site plan amendment.

Stonefield Blocks G Final Site Plan
SDP-2014-00065

Dear Ms. Baldwin
This letter will serve as a Letter of Revision #2 to the "Stonef eld Block G Final Site
Plan" dated August 28, 2014, revised February 10, 2015. The purpose of this revision is
to show the adjustments to building GI and the grading around the new building.
The loading area for building G3 has been relocated in front of the building. The parking
counts have been adjusted to account for this move as well as the changes to the G2
building that is awaiting final approval.
In addition the spruce trees that were shown adjacent to building G3 along Stoneridge
Drive have been removed and the Iandscaping calculations have been revised.
Enclosed with this letter please find the following:
1 copy - Letter of Revision Application and Fee
4 copies - Revised Plan Sheets
Based upon the information provided in this letter of revision and the revised drawings
we respectfully request the County's approval of this plan revision.
