Thanks for your comments on the Harry Yoder project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated March 23, 2016.
1. Sorry the hatching does not show up to well at this scale.
The New Private Street Easement ties into the existing 30' Prescriptive Easement of State Route
662. ✓.
I have darken up the hatching on the attached plat so that it shows up better. Looks good now.
2. I have sent the plat to Dennis Seale of VDOT for approval. Pending their approval.V
3. Since Parcel B3 is the only user of the Private Street and it can not be constructed to Parcel B1, is
a RMA required?
There is no other party involved for an agreement. Yes, it is req d especially be it was a
condition of the private street by the PC. It will be a very simple ercise and will assure that that
ner maintains it.
4 Please let us know when you receive Health Department Approval. Pending their approval.
