This letter serves as our written responses to the attached 2013 Engineering comments on the subject
project:
A. SWhl Plan
1. Paid \pith this submittal.
2. Per discussions. downstream inlet has been analyzed to be adequate for site runoff. See
attached calculationsil)A Map.
3. Pipes have been revised to 15...
4. Do\Nnstream channel adequacy has been analyzed. See attached calc.
B. Erosion Control Plan
1 . Easement slim\n on plans and coord. \kith propert\ owner.
a) A signed letter has been provided with this submittal approving offsite work.

a) Per our discussions the following has been adjusted. Due to utilities in the NW corner,
the sediment trap will not fit and must be maintained in its current location.
Additionally, the topsoil stockpile will not interfere with disturbance in the NW corner
since this is a fill site area and the building pad will be constructed first. Per

proper sequence of construction and utilization of sediment trap, silt fences, & CIP.

As you are aware,Tap Investments, LLC has filed a Site Plan for their new shopping
center,to be located at Tax Map#78-9C. This development proposes to construct a new
shopping center and parking lot. The property line is in the center of the existing private road,
therefore,to extend the read to our property line we will be required to be on your property.
The construction will include re-grading and fill material will be placed for the construction of a
new drive entrance connecting to the existing private road along your northeast property line.
We would like to request that you grant permission along our common property line for
the purpose of extending the private road. We have included a sketch that shows the extent of
the grading and improvements on your property.
If this work is acceptable, could you please authorize by signing and return a copy to our office.
