Good afternoon Paty,
Thanks for your comments on the Lavis project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated March 1, 2016 as follows:
1. The recorded easements do not contain sufficient information to label them.
2. Note C has been revised to reflect that Lot B may be further divided.
3. The description of the land in the owners consent has been revised to reflect all four Tax Map
Parcels.
4. The acreages of the lots shown on the plat were taken from the taxation records for each parcel
and are the same as listed in the LOD2015-00016.
The total acreage does equal the acreage shown on our plat recorded in D.B. 1612-50 (2.29 acres
+ 4.68 acres = 6.97 acres).
5. The required monumentation for the property line that was surveyed is shown on the plat.
The overhead utility lines that cross that property line have been added to the plat.
6. Health Department Approval is not required. No new property lines are being created. This plat
represents parcels being added together and combined.
7. A revised date has been added to the plat.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know when it is ready for
signatures.
