Thank you for contacting me . 'out this survey plat. have reviewed the plat and the boundary line adjustment
is consistent with the easeme r t.
TMP 17-35D and TMP 17-2A are both held under the me open-space easement. The easement deed does not
contain any terms or restrictions regarding internal bound:ry line adjustments, only boundary line adjustments
with properties adjacent to tie open-space easement.
I had one comment I wanted o pass along- although they did reference the VOF easement in the notes under C,
D and 6, it would be helpful to eference the VOF easement in Note 7 as well.
If you need any additional informatio , please let me know.

We have a boundary adjustment plat under review that would move 24.95 acres from TMP 17-22A to TMP 17-35D.
These both appear to be under the same VOF easement (ALB-VOF-2271).
Could you let me know if this kind of boundary-line adjustment is permitted by the deed?
