The easement deed does not contain any terms or restrictions regarding internal bound:ry line adjustments, only boundary line adjustments with properties adjacent to tie open-space easement. I had one comment I wanted o pass along- although they did reference the VOF easement in the notes under C, D and 6, it would be helpful to eference the VOF easement in Note 7 as well. These both appear to be under the same VOF easement (ALB-VOF-2271). Could you let me know if this kind of boundary-line adjustment is permitted by the deed?
