The Owner wishes to build a drive-through fast food restaurant fronting on Route 29 between the Target building and the regional stormwater management pond adjacent to Timberwood Blvd. The layout proposes a parking area located on the south side of the building and a drive-through lane around the front of the building. Landscape shrubs and other plantings, inter-mixed with the required EC street trees, will create a visual screen of cars in the drive-through lane. a low wall and additional plantings on the adjacent stormwater managment pond site will provide additional screening of the drive-through use.
