Ray#11142T- BLA Good morning Chris, Thanks for your comments on the Ray project. Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat reflecting your comments dated March 4, 2016. 1. The plat has been revised to correct the magisterial district to Samuel Miller instead of Scottsville. 2. The building site note has been added to the plat under the land use notes. 3. A revised date has been added to the plat. 4. There is a well on Revised T.M. 132-14C. However, they may still create a private easement for the one on Parcel Z.
