Do you have contact information for the applicant so that I can speak to them directly about getting this addressed?This was a requirement for Phase I site plan approval.You do not need to withhold approval on the boundary adjustment for this issue at this time. Currently it says the easement isn't being dedicated, but your comment response letter indicated that it was. So, if you intend to dedicate the easement with this plat,then you need to change the language to 'hereby' instead of'reserved' (as indicated in my comments) and a deed needs to be submitted. I commented because the comment response letter and the plat are not consistent and I am unclear on the intent of the plat. If there's specific language you would like please tell me and I will change it to whatever it needs to be. As for a deed of dedication for the easement I will bring this to the owners attention if necessary. Please give me a call so that we can discuss this. Revl:Comment#8, I somehow turned that portion of the acreage summary off, it is back on now. On the foothills 4 and 5 plat, we are going to add another bonus density to the plat that will allow us to increase the allowable density and not add property to the Foothills plat. First, As far as the Greenway plat goes, it looks like the only thing holding us up is the acceptance of the Deed of Greenway Easement. We are going to check with Ellie and see if this has been accepted by the county. If so, I believe this one is good to go. Second, I have been getting comments for the Phase 4-5 Sub Plat at Foothills. I have been reviewing the comments and am preparing a separate email (to hopefully eliminate some confusion)that will explain where I need additional input from you all for this plat.
