Reviews Comments:The proposed greenway will not have any impacts on the RWSA sewer line or easement; however, I
noted on the plat that some easements that were requested as part of the first phase of Westlake
Hills have still not been shown (both utility and access easements). Do you have contact information
for the applicant so that I can speak to them directly about getting this addressed? This was a
requirement for Phase I site plan approval. You do not need to withhold approval on the boundary
adjustment for this issue at this time.
