Refer to attached setback table. If the home on 5A is demolished, the new setback becomes 25-ft versus the current 15-ft distance. If any other home along this frontage is demolished, the setback becomes 15-ft for the new home on 5B since 5A is closer(if 5A is within 500-ft). Brian,for Lot 5A, please confirm the lot depth provides adequate area for a new home in the event this home is ever demolished. If there is adequate area to build a similar sized home at the new setback, the lot is conforming regarding this issue. Ron, please confirm my interpretation is correct. Thanks, Frank Frank V.
