Thanks for your comments on the Spicer project.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated March 14, 2016 as follows:
1. There is insufficient information in the deed to show the exact location of the VEPCO easement
recorded in D.B. 2029-586.
2. This plat does not represent a survey of the property lines adjacent to T.M. 65 Parcels 32, 53 or
54.
The solid lines on the plat represent the property surveyed at this time (See note No. 2 on Sheet 1
of 3).
The residue of T.M. 65-31C (Tract B) is shown for informational purposes.
3. I believe the "Places of burial" box was checked off on the Check List. I should have put N/A
beside it.
We did not observe any burial grounds during the survey.
4. Tract B1 has been added to the owners consent on Sheet 2 of 3 of the plat.
A revised date has also been added to the plat.

Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know when it is ready for
signatures.

I have reviewed the above rural subdivision plats as submitted and have reviewed in the field a location for a private
entrance for each.Tract A has an existing private entrance that is approved for continued use with no improvement
needed.Tract B has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT private entrance
regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to starting
construction of this entrance. Tract B1 has an approved location for a private entrance that will meet current VDOT
private entrance regulations and will be issued a permit when requested and a permit will need to be applied for prior to
