The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated March 14, 2016 as follows: 1. There is insufficient information in the deed to show the exact location of the VEPCO easement recorded in D.B. 2029-586. 2. This plat does not represent a survey of the property lines adjacent to T.M. 65 Parcels 32, 53 or 54. The solid lines on the plat represent the property surveyed at this time (See note No. 2 on Sheet 1 of 3). The residue of T.M. 65-31C (Tract B) is shown for informational purposes. 3. I believe the "Places of burial" box was checked off on the Check List. I should have put N/A beside it. We did not observe any burial grounds during the survey. 4. Tract B1 has been added to the owners consent on Sheet 2 of 3 of the plat.
