We are hereby denying the review request for the following reasons: • The submittal shows an application for a "Certifacatdon Letter", and the documentation does not indicate a subdivision of the above referenced parcel. • The site, plat and sewage disposal design meets VDH code for approval, however, to obtain a "Certification Letter" documenting the primary drainfield/reserve area, the client is required to do the following: o Provide an application, and three copies of the design package/ plat to the Albemarle County Health Department. o A $320.00 fee is required for a "Certification Letter" OSE submission- to be reviewed by our staff.
