Craig,
I have reviewed the revised minor amendment and all of my previous comments have been addressed. However, the
new lighting plan is missing the standard lighting note,Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or
more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining
residential districts and away from adjacent roads. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and
property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one-half footcandle. You can either come in and
write the note on four copies or provide 4 new copies with the note for signature. Let me know how you want to
proceed. My last day with the County is June 2nd, so it would be great if I could sign the plans and close out the project
before I leave!
Thanks,
