Background Color: The sign drawings indicate the sign is proposed to be white with blue text and graphics. Approved sign criteria for the shopping center (attached) require that the background be blue (the shade of blue shall coordinate with the shades of blue used for the backgrounds of existing signs in the shopping center). Revise the sign drawings to indicate that the background will be blue (perhaps a blue background and white text/graphics like many of the existing signs?). 2. Proposed Color: The blue color is proposed to be Pantone SC 433 C on the sign drawing. I can't find this color in our Pantone color guide. Please verify that this is the correct number and either revise, or provide a color sample. 3. Illumination: No illumination is noted on the sign drawing. If any illumination is either existing or proposed, provide information about the lighting. 4. General: Zoning has denied the current sign design due to size restrictions; be aware that ARB review of the revised sign layout could result in additional comments.
