RE: SDP 2007-80 Stonefield Farmers' Market Letter of Revision

Dear Mr. Teets,
This letter approves as a Letter of Revision to SDP 2007-80 an amendment to the Stonef eld site
plan for a farmers' market. The market must be located in the areas shown on the attached plan
dated May 3, 2016 provided by Edens.
The County has made a change to its site plan amendment policy so that any change that does not
constitute a permanent physical change to the site (examples: farmer's market, food truck,
location of affordable units) will not count toward the maximum number of 3 LORs for site plans.
