This is to advise you that the Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting
May 2, 1978, by unanimous vote, accepted your request for withdrawal without
prejudice of the above mentioned rezoning request and special use permit request.
Therefore, the public hearings scheduled for May 9, and June 7, will not be held.
