We are proposing the below exterior finish changes;

-An aluminum word mark rail,which signage would be installed onto. This is similar to a trellis awing, but will

-An art screen panel that would be installed over storefront adjacent to the entry/egress doors. This is a framed
perforated metal with a graphic applied to it.

decoration to the corner of the building all year round.
