ZMA-79-ll: Rezonec~ only the following porition of the parcel requested to be rezoned: Rezoning o~: Tax Map 94, Parcel 39A, a distance of 60 feet in a linE!. parallel to t~e common property line between parcels ]9A and 39; to the width of parcel 39A, or 0.56/acre. SP-79-l8. Harlowe ~lction, Ltd. locate an auction house on 2.486 acres zoned B-1. Property is located in southwestern quadrant of I-64/Route 616 interchange. Approved subject to the fol:.o'ving conditions: SP-79-l9.
