Thank you for your comments dated December 26, 2013 on the above-referenced project. The attached
plans reflect changes to address your comments as described below:
1. Application attached to this plan submittal. Additional fee submitted to Albemarle County.
2. Application has been signed by the property owner.
3. Previously approved MS-19 calculations have been attached to this plan submittal. The MS-19 cross-
section locations can be seen in plan-view on the Erosion &Sediment Control plan.

Going back through the files, it appears the old submittal for WP0201000053 was denied, as you cannot amend a closed
out out and released project. An application was again received on 1/8/14 referencing WP0201000053. This appears to
be an incorrect reference, but when this is disregarded, our files indicates the rest of the review fee was paid, and the
file was registered as WP0201300082.
So WP0201300082 is past the 45-day limit, and is therefore approved. We will need one additional copy. Please
provide this with your bond estimate request.
I do not know the status of stormwater or site plans for this block.

that I sent over to you the other day. I am not sure that I understand the comment below. The application was signed
by the owner and submitted on January 8th. Please confirm that this is acceptable and the plan is under review.

Yes, it was first filed as an amendment to the WP0201000053 application. It was then rejected as an amendment to
this,and indicated that we had to pay the entire$300. $180 was already paid, indicating that we need to pay an
additional $120 to complete the application for review. This comment was generated on 12/26 and the fee and new
application was submitted on 1/8/14. A new WPO#was started for this, and the fee was completely paid, and a new
owner's signature was registered. Does this complete the loop and can we start the review process for this WPO plan?

That receipt is for wpo201000053. The application I have in this file, WP0201300082, is signed by you, not the owner,
and is paid for$180, not the required $300.

Thanks for the follow-up on this. Yes, please put the height request on the BOS meeting, we need to get that taken care
of quickly. As far as engineering, I have sent this information to the county 2 time now, but hopefully the third time will
be the charm. The additional fee was paid back on January 8, 2014. Can you please follow-up with Glenn on this so we
can wrap up the review/approval on the plan.

This project,from 2010,was constructed and the bond released. CV shows a new submittal for this dead project was
attempted in Dec 2013, but it was denied, because the file has been closed out.

The bond needs to be posted prior to a grading permit being issued. The fee for the pro-rata share to the Lickinghole

I just spoke with Scott Collins and his office will supply another set of plans. He mentioned that maybe his group made a
mistake with checking a box for the subdivision bond.
Look forward to the final tally for the bond. When are the bond and lickinghole basin check due?

Mr. Hilliard,
You have requested two bonds for this project.
The erosion and sediment control bond amount is$15,750 for plan WPO201300082. I am still awaiting one additional
copy of this plan before I can complete the file,and compute the pro-rata share to the Lickinghole Basin.
The subdivision bond is a mystery to me. We have no plan with this title,and I cannot find the plan you would like a
bond estimate for. You will have to be more specific. Here is my outline of the location and bonds previously posted or
held; The yellow shows subdivision bonds. I assume you want the road bonded between phase 9 block 13B and phase 2
block 4 phase A. So what plan is that?
