Dear Sir/Madam:
Ivy Forum LLC,the owner of 2200 Old Ivy Rd, is preparing to renovate the interior of the second floor of
the existing office building. Included in this work,the owner proposes to relocate the existing ADA ramp
and construct a raised deck along the front of the building and supplement the existing landscaping,as
shown on the attached plans.
The proposed work does not change the footprint of the building,nor does it change the number of parking
spaces.
