This plat may be approved with the following revisions: (Following each comment is a reference to a provision of Chapter 14 of the Code of Albemarle that led to the comment) 1. Revise the development right note to read "Parcel A-1 (Tax Map 86-3o as amended in Deed Book 4756, Page 427) is assigned one developments right and may be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than 3.032 acres. Lot A-8 and A-9 are assigned no development rights and may not be further divided." 3o2A(1o) 2. Identify the owner of Tax Map 86-30. This is the parcel receiving the development right. 3o2A(15) 3. Revise the owner's consent statement to include lot A-1. 303A 4. Add Lot A-1 to the list of properties affected by the plat. 302B(6) 5. Provide curve data for the curves associated with Lots A-8, A-9 and A-91). 303I 6. Owners notarized signature. 3030 and 303P It is recommended, but not required, that the title be amended to indicate that this plat not only adjusts the boundaries of Lots A-8 and A-9 but also reassigns a development right to lot A-1.
