Only one sign loacted in view of Rt. 620 2. Building Inspections approval including appropriate building permits for location of office trailer 3. No autcmobile sales 4. Approve I is not for a junk yard. Not more than two inoperable vehicles shall be located on the property at any time. Junk yard shall mean "any land or building used for the abandonment, storage, keeping collecting or bail ing of paper, rags, scrap metal, other scrap or discarded materials, or for the abandonment, demol ition, dismantl ing, storage or salvaging of inoperable vehciles, machinery or parts thereof: "Inoperal:le vehicle" shal I mean "a motor vehicle,trai ler or attachment thereto coes not display said license plates and/or approved inspecticn sticker" 5. Fire official approval of spray painting, if contemplated 6. Existing wooded areas to remain in a natural state. 7. Development I imited to existing bui lding and office trai ler; provided, however, that office trailer shall be removed two (2) years frclm the date of approvla of this permit by the Board of Supervisclr~;; and provided furhter that upon removal of said office trailer, the existing building may be expanded to include equivalent space of said office trailer. 8. Fire to Six foot white pine trees shal I be planted on fifteen foot cneters <Ilong west side of entrance to the parking area. 9. All vehicles including two trucks, employee vehicles; clientele '/ehicles, inoperable vehicles, and parts thereof, shal I be located within the designated gravel led drive and parking area as ndicated on site plan dated October 3, 1978. Location of any such veh 'cles or parts thereof outside the designated parking area shall not be p'erln it ted. 10. Conditions two, four, eight and nine shall be met within 60 days of appro'/al of this special use permit or this permit shall be referred to the Board of Supervisors for further disposition.
