Remove existing debris from drainage ditches and haul to an appropriate disposal site. 3. Install all erosion and sediment control measures. 4. Notify the ACSA and City inspectors when initial erosion control measures are in place. 5. Locate all existing utilities and construct all water main improvements and water service connections. Place and compact approved backfill materials as trenching and installations proceed. 6. Test water mains, connect new water service connections, and overlay existing roads and gravel drives. 7.
