Bronze painted perforated vinyl that will be applied first surface to the face to create a Dark Bronze face during the day, but illuminate white at night like the other tenant signs. I have also attached the amended Comprehensive Sign Criteria -ARB-2014- 05 Rolkin Road Shops to reflect this change for Pet Valu. This request would be specific to Pet Valu Tenant space, as we are the only Tenant in the Shopping Center with the light eifs facade. All of the other Tenants 1 'we have either a Dark Brick or a Dark Bronze finished facade for their channel letters (See Attached Photo). Landlord Approval letter is also attached for your review.
