Location and acreages shall comply with the approved plan. In the final subdivision process, open space shall be dedicated in substantial accordance with the number of lots approved; .~. No grading shall occur until final subdivision approval; J. Compliance with the Runoff Control and Soil Erosion Ordinances; -1.
