Request for ZMA-80-l7
Dear Mr. Walker:
~~he Albemarle Count:y Board of Supervisors at its meeting October 1, 1980,
approved your petition for ZMA-80-17 subject to the following conditions:
Application is Eor a maximum of 18 single family lots. Location and acreages
shall comply with the approved plan. In the final subdivision process,
open space shall be dedicated in substantial accordance with the number of
lots approved;
.~. No grading shall occur until final subdivision approval;
J. Compliance with the Runoff Control and Soil Erosion Ordinances;
-1. County Attorney approval of homeowners' agreements to include the maintenance
of roads, open space, drainage and appurtenant structures, and with special
attention given to protection of the natural buffer on the Rivanna Reservoir;
~5. Only those areas where structures, roads, utilities, or other improvements
are located shall be disturbed; all other land shall remain in its natural
state;
I). County Engineer approval of private road plans prior to final approval;
7. Health Department approval of t,oJ'O septic field( locations for each lot prior
to final approval;
3. No buildings or septic fields shall be located on 25% or greater slopes.
