Request for ZMA-78-08
,Dear Sirs:
This is to advise you ~lat the Albemarle COlliity Board of Supervisors at
its meeting June 21, :L978, approved your request for ZHA.-78-08 ( County Tax Map
61, Parcels 198, 199, 2)0 and 20l)subject to the following conditions:
1. No dwelling lli~its are to be built on slopes of 25% or greater without
County Engineerin'j Department approval of site work;
2. Water and sewer f.3.cili ties to be approved by, and dedicated to, the Albemarle
County Service Au-:hori ty;
3. County Engineerin'3 Department approval of private road specifications and
inspection to ins~re specifications are met;
4. County Attorney a:?proval of maintenance agreement for common spaces,
recreational facilities and private roads;
5. Grading permit re~uired prior to subdivision approval;
6. Dedication to Albe~arle Cou~ty of a IS-foot wide strip for future constuction
of a bicycle and pedestrian trail as shown on plan received September 12, 1977;
7. Uses in the flood Flain of Meadow Creek shall comply to Article 9A of the Zoning
Ordinance;
8. Removal of cul-de-sac at Cottonwood Road and restoration of disturbed areas;
9. Wildwood Court and Cottonwood Road shall have street lights similar to those on the
existing Cottonwooc, Road;
10. All utilities are to be located underground;
11. Connection of road--.'ays and side'.,alks to Cot!:o!";wood Road as well as removal of the
