The proposed access IS through Ashcroft. Please note that thIS approval is subject to the following agreements 1 ApprovalI~1 fi)f a maXImum of 28 dwelhng subject to conditIOns contaIned herein. Access connectIng FranklIn to Ashcroft may occur subject to approval of road desIgn by Virgima Department of TransportatIOn, County Attorney approval of Homeowners AssociatIOn agreements. All property owners shall become members of the Ashcroft Homeowners Association and shall be subject to all regulatIons governIng saId aSSOCIatIOn, Mimmum yard regulatIOns shall be as follows front - 25 feet; side - 15 feet; rear - 20 feet. A sepuatIOn of 100 feet or more between dwelhngs shall be maIntaIned for fire protection provIded that such distance may be reduced by the FIre Official In accordance wIth Sectior 4 11 3 of the Zomng OrdInance (Yard regulatIOns shall not be reduced) FIfe OffiCIal approval of the fire prevention system, Such system shall be provided prior to any Certificate of Occupancy; VIrginia Depm1ment of Health approval of two septic field locatIOns on each lot. The Health Department shall either supervIse or test each lot utllIzIng soil tests by a qualified soil sCIentlst and undertake or supervise percolatIOn tests as they may be reqUIred.
