After a plat is approved by the agent, the subdivider may amend the plat if the amended plat is submitted, reviewed and approved as provided in section 14-209 or sections 14-213 through 14-231.1, as applicable; provided that the agent may approve amendments to an approved final plat without proceeding under section 14-209 or 14-213 through 14-231.1, as applicable, if he determines that the plat, as amended: (i) complies with all requirements of this chapter and all other applicable laws: (ii) is substantially the same as the approved plat or site plan; and(iii) will have no additional adverse impact on adjacent land or public facilities. We recently noticed that we had an existing property line computed incorrectly on this project. I have attached a marked up copy. Basically,we need to correct this one line and the area shown. Good afternoon Chris, Thanks for your comments on the Roper project. Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat. ,777 The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated J 27, 2016. 1. Notes B, C, & D have been removed from the develop ent right notes. 2. IS AT ? has been removed from the plat. I had those notations on the plat because I did know if the field guys were going to be able to set the actual corner irons or if they would need set a point on those lines at a certain distance. They were able to set the corner irons wh. I have noted on the plat. Once you have had a chance to review e revised plat, please let me know if it is ready for owners notarized signatures. [14-302(A)10] To avoid confusion it is suggested that the development right notes B, C, and D be omitted from the plat or relabeled as development right notes prior to the BLA to be used for tracking purposes only. 2. [Comment] Remove and/or clarify the meaning of the labeling found on sheet 3 near the rock walls, "7S AT? " Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/countycode.
